Refund policy
RETURNS:
We have a 14-day return policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return your pieces must be:

in the same condition you received it;
-
unworn and unused;
-
in its original packaging;
-
in immaculate condition with no damage.
To start a return process please contact us at info@salceology.com we assess return requests on a case-by-case basis.
Items need to be returned to us in their original packaging at the sole responsibility and expense of the customer. To avoid lost packages, we strongly recommend tracking your returned parcel to ensure it gets to us safely as we can only process your refund once it is at our headquarters.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method at the full cost of items excluding shipping.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, therefore please give 1-7 business days to process your request once received.
Due to hygiene reasons, Salceology does offer returns or exchanges for earrings or pierced jewellery.
Please note that we do not have control over customs, import duties or taxes charged by certain countries. Any of these cost incurred as deemed by your country's legal regulations shall be paid by you (customer). It is advisable that you check this with your local authorities prior to completing the order as we cannot advise you on the specifics of these costs as they vary from country, zone and region.
WRONG OR FAULTY ITEMS:
We meticulously check items before we package and ship them to our customers however, in the very rare case that you have received a faulty item, please contact info@salceology.com within 14 days of purchase. To assess the request, in your email please include:
- the order number
- name
- item
- details of the issue
- photographic evidence to show the faulty item in it's original packaging
Please note that the faulty item needs to be in it's original packaging. Faulty pieces can include, large scratches, dints, discolouration, wrong order, missing pieces. If Salceology is at fault, we will cover the cost of shipping your items back to us by organising a pre-paid return satchel to be sent to you.
EXCHANGES:
We would like for you to be happy with your pieces and try to provide as much detail as possible through images, product descriptions and models to ensure our customers are aware of the look and feel of our products. However, if you would like to exchange for another item, you will need to make a new purchase of that item in the correct size/style you prefer and return the wrong item back to us to process your refund.
To be eligible for an exchange your pieces must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused and in its original packaging - in immaculate condition with no damage. Please note all import duties, costs and taxes are solely paid by the customer and advise to use tracked postage when shipping orders back to us as we can only process exchanges once the returned items arrive at our headquarters.
Once items are received, assessed and are approved for exchange, you’ll be contact via email and automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus shipping costs.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please give 1-7 business days to process your request once received.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned /exchanged once purchased. We do not offer returns/refunds/exchanges for sales items or gift cards.
CANCELLATIONS:
Items placed to order and paid for can be cancelled and automatically refunded before dispatching for shipping. Unfortunately, once the item is shipped, we cannot cancel your order. To start this process, please email info@salceology.com
